Where We Ship We ship worldwide. No matter where you are in the dark — we'll find you.
Processing Time Every order is personally checked and carefully packed before it leaves us. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
Delivery Times Once your order has left us, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7 to 14 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10 to 18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10 to 20 business days
- Rest of World: 12 to 25 business days
Tracking As soon as your order ships you will receive a tracking email. You can follow your bag every step of the way. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 or more days, reach out and we will look into it immediately.
Delays Occasionally customs or international postal services cause delays beyond our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we will always do everything we can to help.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will make it right. Every time. No argument.
